House Particulars and Rental Prices

Villa 33 is a well furnished four bedroom, terraced house on split levels, accomodating up to 8 people.

On the ground floor, there is a large living area with an open fireplace, dining area and kitchen, all open plan. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine, microwave and cooker. The dining area leads out onto a bright patio garden with built-in barbecue.

The middle level consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and built-in wardrobes; the other has twin beds. There is also a bathroom.

On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other has twin beds. On this floor there is also a shower with wc and a small private sun terrace.

Satellite television is available, including English language stations. Laundry change once per week is included in the price and a welcome pack can be provided if requested for a small additional cost, as can a travel cot.

The house is situated in a small village approximately one kilometre from the lovely, bustling town of Lagos and from several beautiful beaches. There are three golf courses within a 10-mile radius, including a championship course at Penina.

Within the village itself, there are several small cafes, two small shops which will stock basic food supplies and a couple of restaurants, all run by locals. The population of the village is predominantly Portuguese and, whilst some may speak English, it cannot be relied upon. There are public transport buses running into town approximately half hourly up until 8 pm, but it is probably best to hire a car, or take a taxi if you want to go exploring.

Rental Prices

Please note that the following prices are for the cost of the villa per week and not per person. The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday; check in is on a Saturday.
